Cooper is a Vice President at TrueRate primarily supporting the TrueRate mortgage brokerage platform. His responsibilities include assisting in the construction and oversight of the TrueRate online platform and facilitating lending relationships. Additionally, Cooper works to generate new borrower relationships in the multifamily lending space.
Prior to joining TrueRate Services LLC, Cooper was an originations analyst on the top producing originations team at Greystone. At Greystone, Cooper focused on the sizing, underwriting, and package submission of over $7B of HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac multifamily loans. He worked closely with multifamily borrowers, mortgage brokers, underwriters, and Agency producers to facilitate closings across all multifamily loan products.
Cooper is a graduate of Colgate University with a BA in Economics and Philosophy.
