Conrad Bernard started his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1980 before joining Boyd Commercial in 1996 where he now serves as a Managing Principal of the firm. A specialist in industrial and commercial real estate brokerage, Conrad is involved in selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and service center facilities, build-to-suit and design construct projects, site acquisitions, investment property sales and tenant representation. For many years Conrad has assisted Baker Hughes, a GE Company with their many and varied real estate requirements.
