Connor Sears specializes in advising clients with tenant representation and investment sale requirements. Connor has been instrumental at advising clients with complex acquisition criteria to identify unique sites for their needs. He has also been very active at helping ground up developers acquire sites which take advantage of Los Angeles’ Transit Oriented Communities guidelines. Connor is known for his discipline, attention to detail, and strong work ethic to see projects through to success. Connor obtained his Bachelor's degree from USC's Marshall School of Business. He has been volunteered with the USC Inner City Tutoring Program & The Miracle League of San Diego, in addition to being an ambassador for USC’s Society 53 group. He enjoys surfing, golfing, painting, and traveling.
