Mr. Phillips joined BroadVail in 2022 and is primarily focused on portfolio company management, research as well as asset and investment management. Prior to BroadVail, Mr. Phillips spent three years with Mill Creek Residential. In this role, he focused on all aspects of multi-family acquisitions across the country including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and capital raising. He also participated in asset management for the company’s acquisition portfolio. Prior to Mill Creek, Mr. Phillips spent two years at HFF focusing on multi-family investment sales in Houston, Texas. Mr. Phillips earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business.
