As part of the tenant representation team, Conor is responsible for developing new business relationships, providing market research, performing financial analysis, lease negotiation and documentation for corporate users. This immersion in the Dallas market and daily contact with building leasing representatives has given him broad market knowledge in all Dallas submarkets. Conor brings strong strategic thought as well as analytical skills and market knowledge to the corporate facilities planning, relocation and renegotiation process. Experience Prior to joining the tenant representation group, Conor was with JLL’s landlord leasing group from 2009 - 2011. While there he was responsible for leasing over 2.5 million square feet of office space for both Institutional and Private owners of real estate, giving him valuable insight into the mindset of building owners.
