As Transaction Coordinator for the Team, Ms. Lu is responsible for managing the escrow process, supervising the assembly and organization of due diligence materials, and facilitating property tours and inspections. In her previous roles, Ms. Lu was the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant for the Team. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Lu had 15 years of experience in ,the residential real estate sector working for developers. She was the Office Manager/Executive Assistant for WCH Communities and earlier the Executive Assistant for Trimark Pacific Homes. Ms. Lu graduated from University of California, San Diego earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development.
