About
Colin Cannata serves as a Senior Vice President with the Central Texas Multifamily Team in the Austin office of CBRE. Mr. Cannata focuses on underwriting, property valuation, detailed financial evaluation, and marketing efforts for the disposition of multifamily projects and development sites. Since joining the CBRE Central Texas Multifamily Group led by Charles Cirar in September 2008, Mr. Cannata has participated in over 225 transactions with sales exceeding $7 Billion. Prior to joining the Multifamily team, Mr. Cannata worked as an analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance group. During his tenure, the Debt & Structured Finance team completed 64 transactions totaling over $1.2 Billion in volume. Mr. Cannata began his career at CBRE as an intern in 2006 and joined the company full time upon graduation. Mr. Cannata graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) – Young Leaders.
