About
Cole Parker is a senior director on the FHA Finance team at Walker & Dunlop, based in Needham, MA. In his role, he oversees all aspects of financing, including structuring, origination, and deal management for HUD and Agency transactions.
Mr. Parker joined Walker & Dunlop’s FHA origination team in 2017 and specializes primarily in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan programs. Throughout his career, he has participated in the origination and underwriting of more than $3 billion in transactions, primarily through FHA and HUD-insured programs. He has experience in a wide variety of transaction types, including acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and construction of multifamily housing nationwide.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Parker spent nearly a decade in the financial services industry at Eagle Investments and State Street.
Mr. Parker earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
