About
Cole Herget joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group as a Senior Associate in 2022. Cole offices in Northwest Arkansas, and works closely with the Gulf States and Oklahoma teams in the marketing and sales of land sites, conventional and tax credit multifamily properties across Arkansas and Oklahoma. He has been involved in selling over 55 communities with nearly 7,500 units which represent a value of over $1.2 billion. Prior to joining C&W, Cole worked at Colliers International in Little Rock from 2017-2021 focusing on retail commercial real estate. In his last year at Colliers, he began working exclusively in the multifamily sector. In 2018, he graduated from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock with a BBA in accounting as well as a BBA in finance with an emphasis on real estate.
