Cole Collins joined Newmark in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Collins works with President, Texas Regional Manager and Vice Chairman Neal Golden and Executive Managing Director John Wolf, SIOR, to provide strategic landlord and tenant representation services to clients throughout the Dallas area. They also work together to assist clients with site location strategies. Known for his successful networking techniques and passion for client service, Mr. Collins also has significant expertise in long-term relationship development and a comprehensive understanding of every decision aspect of property selection.
Mr. Collins joined Newmark in 2019 from McNeff Commercial Real Estate, where he had represented both landlords and tenants in property sales and leasing transactions. He previously worked in residential real estate at Coldwell Banker in Arkansas.
