Born in Santa Barbara, Cody moved his way down the California Coast early on, moving down to Ventura, and then to Malibu earn his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and worked on obtaining a Certificate in Conflict Management (Negotiation, Arbitration, Litigation, and Mediation) from the Pepperdine Law School.
Having worked alongside and was mentored by the nations' top producer in real estate for three years, Cody oversaw over $1 billion in transactions before moving on to focus on his own network and clientele. Bringing a sizable knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate markets, he understands transactions and their intricate processes inside and out.
Known to move mountains to find his clients the right property, Cody carries a passion for his clients and the local real estate unmatched by others.
