Cody is a Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL’s commercial real estate investment advisory team as part of the HFF acquisition. He is responsible for the disposition, forward sale and development equity placement of institutional and entrepreneurial-owned industrial assets throughout the Southeastern United States. Cody joined HFF in Q1 2018. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in real estate asset investment sales and financings exceeding $4.8 billion in transaction volume. Cody earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s in Finance at the University of Florida.
