Clint Holland serves as the Director of Acquisitions for SkyWalker Property Partners. Clint brings a wide range of project skills and experience gained through more than 16 years in the commercial real estate industry serving in various positions including acquisitions, asset management, banking, and development. Clint most recently served as a principal consultant of RC Healthcare and Director of Development at Beucler Properties whereby he was responsible for securing and coordinating new development opportunities. He played an active role throughout the development process starting from project underwriting, securing debt and equity, through construction and completion, and ultimately asset disposition. Over a 7 year period, Clint oversaw the development and asset management of a portfolio of medical, multifamily and self-storage projects value in excess of $150,000,000.
