About
Clint is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in 2012 and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He focuses primarily on originating debt and equity transactions for various property types including Industrial, Multi-housing, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Self-Storage. The capitalizations have included agency financing, conventional permanent financing, construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity and joint venture equity. During the course of his career, he has place more than $2.5 billion of debt and equity in commercial real estate transactions nationally.
Clint started his career at JLL in the summer 2012. Clint attended Oklahoma State University, and while attenting school, he was a member of the academic all Big XII Football team.
