Clayton joined Rhino Realty Group in 2021 and is based in Miami, Florida. He currently serves as a Retail Leasing and Sales Specialist, specializing in tenant representation for national brands in markets on the East Coast and across the Midwest.
Prior to joining Rhino Realty Group, Clayton worked in New York City and served as a Director for Meridian Capital Group, and an Associate Director for Eastern Consolidated where he focused on landlord representation for The Stahl Organization, Premier Equities, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, The Lam Group, Morgenstern Capital, Delshah Capital, Slate Property Group, and Toll Brothers. Clayton started his career in Real Estate as a Canvasser for Robert K Futterman & Associates and was recognized as one of Commercial Observer’s Top Leasing and Sales Professionals under the age of 30 in 2018.
Clayton holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration from West Virginia University and is a member of REBNY and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
