About
Clare Golz joined RIPCO’s New Jersey office in 2022. A licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Clare focuses on tenant and landlord representation throughout the state. Clare started her career in the canvasser program as a “canvasser” with Newmark Knight Frank. In 2020, she was recruited to work as an Associate with TSCG where she worked with a variety of national retailers and regional landlords including Sweetgreen, Starbucks, Learning Care Group and Self Esteem Brands. In her current role at RIPCO, Clare is working to build her landlord representation portfolio and is very proud to be working with Sweetgreen, Charles Schwab and MedRite as they expand throughout New Jersey. In Clare’s past life, she spent a decade working for the National Hockey League planning and executing special events around the country. Clare is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Public Communication. She lives in Bergen County with her husband and their two terrier-mix dogs.
