Chuck Lanyard has over 40 years of extensive background in the leasing, planning, development and construction of retail space. Prior to joining The Goldstein Group, Chuck specialized in retail brokerage and consulting at Levey Companies, where he was involved in the disposition of over 100 Channel Home Centers throughout the Tri-State area.
Chuck Lanyard was promoted to President of The Goldstein Group in 2000 and is responsible for the overall operations of the Retail Brokerage Division. He has represented many national and regional tenants throughout the state, such as Hobby Lobby, Shoprite Supermarkets, Sherwin Williams, Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, Capital One Bank, Pier 1 Imports, Trader Joe’s Specialty Stores, McDonald’s, Applebee’s, Darden Restaurants and TGI Friday’s Restaurants. Chuck heads the company’s “Team Paramus”, which has consummated over 75 transactions in the Paramus market over the past 15 years.
