Chuck Johanns is a Senior Managing Director handling investment sales on the Capital Markets team in Newmark’s Chicago office. With over 25 years of experience representing clients in multifamily dispositions and capitalizations in the Chicago area and across the Midwest, he has executed transactions valued over $6 billion throughout his career. Johanns joined Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets group in 2020, after serving as a Senior Director for six years at JLL, co-leading the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team representing owners in the sale of multifamily assets. Prior to JLL, Johanns experience includes over 12 years as a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and serving as a Managing Director at Houlihan Capital.
