Thanks to his realtor father, Chuck's passion for real estate was formed early on. He began his career in hotel development where he created acquisition budgets and financing projections for the nationwide rollout of properties and participated in the network's operations. Chuck expanded into commercial real estate in Chicago working in accounting, finance, and acquisitions, and later joined an international consulting firm offering lease abstraction, acquisition due diligence, and property management services.
