Chris brought his 15 years’ experience to The Apartment Source in 2020 as a catalyst for the asset management division’s growth. Pezza’s experience includes asset management on over 3,000 residential units, brokerage on over $140 MIL in transactions, and residential leasing of over 4,000 units. Chris has extensive knowledge of leasing, maintenance, rent collection and project management. He currently sits on the Chicago Association of Realtors, and the Illinois Realtors Board of Directors. He is the recipient of the 2019 realtor achievement award and is a 3-time top leasing producer in Chicagoland. Pezza received a master’s in real estate from Roosevelt University, finishing top in his class. He also teaches real estate classes for institutions, and owns a portfolio of mixed-use buildings and single family homes.
