Christopher is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and serves a wide variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients, with a particular focus on debt placement and joint venture equity transactions on a national scale. Christopher started at HFF in 2012 from The Durst Organization, where he focused on acquisitions and development in the New York City market. While there, he was involved in the development and leasing of the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, the equity recapitalization of One World Trade Center, acquisition efforts and leasing initiatives for the 10 million-square-foot office portfolio. During his tenure at Durst, he supported a collective value in excess of $3.5 billion.
