Mr. McGlone has 15 years of Capital Markets experience executing on over $10 billion of sales and advisory assignments during this tenure. He joined Cushman & Wakefield after 4 years with CBRE Capital Markets and 7 years on the sales and syndications desk of commercial real estate lender, Capmark Finance. Prior to this, he had been within structured finance units at Wells Fargo and Zions Bancorp.
He currently serves as a Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s National Loan & Portfolio Sales Team. Within this role, he is responsible for all aspects of client advisory work - inclusive of single asset dispositions, loan and portfolio valuations, capital markets strategies, large portfolio dispositions, and implementation/execution of client objectives. Mr. McGlone has a broad experience base that spans all asset classes and product types.
