Christopher joined Ackman-Ziff’s Investment Sales practice in 2017. Given his experience across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and development properties, he is responsible for origination and execution of exclusive sales and capital mandates throughout New York City. This includes a sharp sub-focus on the affordable housing sector, spearheading most of his team’s initiatives in the space.
Since beginning his career, Christopher played integral roles in closing over $400mm in gross transactions. Notable originations include recently identifying and securing exclusive advisory and transactional services for a client portfolio spanning more than one million gross square feet across several asset classes.
In April 2018, Christopher was featured as one of Real Estate Weekly’s 2018 Rising Stars of Real Estate.
Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Christopher was a member of the investment sales team at Ariel Property Advisors, serving both private and institutional clientele. He also developed expertise in affordable housing product including 421-a, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Project-Based Section-8, Article XI, and additional HUD agreements.
