A Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office, Chris specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. A native of Elk Grove, Chris has a deep understanding of the Sacramento market and the subtle nuances of each sub-market within the region. During his career, he has represented an extensive list of investors including developers, physicians, high net-worth private clients, syndications, financial institutions, as well as foreign and institutional capital. As an industry veteran, he has knowledge and experience in all facets of investment sales including but not limited to sale-leaseback transactions, 1031 exchanges, seller financing, REO, and distressed assets. Chris graduated from Menlo College in Atherton, California, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business and sports management. While there, he was a three-time member of the football team where he played wide receiver. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Camille and son Cooper. In addition, he is an avid waterfowler, golfer, and tournament bass fisherman.
