Over the past 17 years, Chris has been involved in the development of several million square feet of industrial and office space throughout Napa and Solano Counties. In addition, he has represented several significant tenants and buyers over the years along with numerous leased investment sales and build-to-suit transactions. Chris and his entire team were recently recruited to join JLL in November 2015, continuing to cover the same market territory in the North Bay. Chris’ brokerage team achieved several awards including Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious honor for Top Industrial Producing Sales Group and Client Service Excellence Awards in Northern California during their time with the firm. In 2008 the team was honored by the San Francisco Business Times for the Largest Industrial Lease Transaction in the East Bay (Panattoni to FedEx – 330,750 square feet).
