About

Mr. Munley is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of HFF with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses primarily on retail investment advisory transactions throughout the northeastern United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Munley has closed more than $2.5 billion in transactions across 22 states. Mr. Munley joined the firm in March 2014. Prior to HFF, he worked with the National Retail Group as a Vice President of Sales at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in singleand multi-tenant retail real estate investments in New Jersey. While there, Mr. Munley established himself as a top retail agent, earning recognition as a Top 30 Overall Agent and Top Multi-Tenant Agent in the firm’s National Retail Group. Other achievements include being a named an NAA Achievement award winner three times, an SRA Achievement award winner four times, a Top Five Broker by Real Estate Forum and making the CoStar Power Broker list twice.
