Christopher Koeck joined Newmark in 2020 as a Managing Director within the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group. Chris is primarily responsible for new business development, strategic planning, and transaction management, while ensuring His intimate knowledge of the tri-state area has been instrumental in helping his clients transact on over 15 million square feet of industrial real estate.
Recently, Christopher represented venerable companies such as Coca-Cola Refreshments, FedEx Office, AAA Northeast, Givaudan, and more.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2020, Christopher served as an Associate Director at Savills in their Rutherford, New Jersey, office and worked within the company’s Industrial Services Group.
Education
Christopher graduated from Kutztown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
