Chris has been selling real estate as a licensed realtor since 2006 and has been a top producing over the past 10 years. Chris currently collaborates with the Festa | Beers | Foley Real Estate Team, serving the South Shore and beyond. Prior to his real estate sales career, Chris established Fairway Appraisal Services in 2004, which is a residential real estate appraisal company serving many area banks, mortgage companies and attorneys and is still fully operational. With Chris’s real estate sales and appraisal experience, his greatest strengths revolve around pricing, value, negotiating and analyzing market trends. Chris resides in Duxbury with his wife Theresa, his sons Shane and Matthew and his daughter Ainsley. Chris is involved with the South Shore community, coaching Duxbury youth football as well as Boston Prospects which is club travel baseball program and is also a member at Marshfield Country Club as an avid golfer. Prior to Chris’s real estate endeavors, he played professional baseball for the Boston Red Sox and Cincinnati Reds from 1995- 1998 and also worked as a fund accountant at Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston.
