Mr. Cauthen joined Harwood International in 2021 to help develop and lead the firm's office Acquisition platform. Harwood International is a private owner/developer with 2 million sf of trophy Class A office in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas.
Prior to joining Harwood International, Mr. Cauthen spent 17 years with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as National Practice Leader for the firm’s Office Valuation & Advisory Group, He brings deep experience overseeing and performing thousands of valuations of institutional office properties in Dallas and Austin, as well as consulting and participation in the firm's transactional leasing and sales business. He has strong relationships with brokers, lenders, investors, and other market participants.
