About

Christie Xie, Founder & CEO has a combination of finance and real estate background. She started investing in real estate in 2010. Over the past 10 years, she trained and managed over two dozen agents. She currently takes on a role of a Principal Broker, a Portfolio Manager of a 20 million market value portfolio, and a Development Manager. Christie is a licensed Construction Supervisor and also a Certified Financial Planner. Christie is the past Commercial Division Chair and Board of Directors for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America-Boston Chapter). Before Nuage, she worked in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments. She holds a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor in Business Management from Babson College. She is a past participant of Harvard Business School Executive Education in real estate and a graduate of the real estate finance and development certification program at MIT and a candidate for (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member.
