Christopher Ventura is an associate director in the New York City office of
Lee & Associates. He specializes in retail leasing within emerging markets
including Northern Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester.
CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Ventura joined Lee & Associates in 2015 and in his time here has
assisted in the leasing of over 150,000 SF. Most recently, Mr. Ventura has
been tasked with attracting and negotiating with credit-worthy tenants for
RXR’s Larkin Plaza development, a mixed-use residential development. He
also has extensive experience in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan, where
he has canvassed virtually every notable retail tenant north of 125th street.
Prior to working at Lee & Associates, Mr. Ventura worked at J.P. Express
Shipping, Corp. He is formerly a resident of Washington Heights, and now
dedicates his free time to public advocacy, sitting on a local community
board in Northern Manhattan. He is also a member of the Land Use
Committee, dealing with land use and zoning specific issues, taking an
important advisory role on the placement of most facilities and infrastructure
within the community.
