Chris joined Essex 312 in 2024, working with clients on the acquisition and disposition of 3–12 unit Multifamily and Mixed-Use Retail buildings throughout Chicago’s north side. Prior to joining Essex, Chris worked in energy sales, aiding corporations in the optimization of energy consumption within expansive commercial and industrial settings nationwide. Additionally, he garnered invaluable experience in real estate through involvement in acquisitions and project management alongside a local investor. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing pickleball and soccer, as well as spending time with friends and family. Chris holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, where he distinguished himself academically, earning placement on the Dean’s List, while also achieving success as a collegiate soccer player.
