Mr. Tramontano joined SRS in 2016 with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining SRS Mr. Tramontano was a managing Director of the Retail Investment Group with Faris Lee Investments and has been directly involved in over $1.5 billion in retail and mixed use commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Tramontano's expertise is the aggressive and diligent marketing of listed properties in order to meet the owner's objective of price and closing date. He is known for his high level of commitment to an assignment, strong work ethic and exceeding client's expectations in all matters of service.
