Chris joined RMF in October of 2020 as its Managing Director of the Office Division. Chris will be spearheading the office division’s growth working on recruiting and various business development initiatives. Chris has been one of Westchester’s most prolific office brokers over the past couple of decades.
Prior to joining RMF, Chris served as Managing Director of JLL. Chris has negotiated many of the most significant real estate transactions in the region, involving such companies as AT & T, New York Life, Snapple, White Plains Hospital, Waterhouse Securities, TRIARC, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Emcor Group, Inc., Morrow & Company, State Street Bank, Hitachi, Business Council of Westchester and United Technologies, to name just a few. Mr. O’Callaghan has negotiated lease and sale transactions valued at over $1Billion involving over $20 million square feet.
Mr. O’Callaghan is the former Chairman of the Board of the Business Council of Westchester County, which represents over 1,200 member businesses in Westchester County and New York State.
