Chris Missling is the Senior Vice President at GJG Commercial with Real Broker, bringing a wealth of expertise in multifamily, mix-use, and developments. With a strong background in senior living, industrial, and retail asset classes, Chris has successfully sourced and underwritten numerous properties, managed real estate assets, and raised millions in capital for commercial projects. Chris began his career in 2012 as an analyst for the first Single-Family Rental (SFR) REIT, where he played a key role in over 400 transactions in Tampa. By 2015, he had expanded his impact as an aggregator for another REIT, helping grow its portfolio from 18 rentals to 2,700 properties. In 2020, moved back home to the Twin Cities and he began advising numerous clients on commercial transactions. A Minnesota native, Chris grew up in Richfield and now resides in Lakeville.
