Chris is responsible for the marketing and leasing of office and medical properties throughout Dallas. Chris’ projects are in multiple submarkets, giving him broad and in-depth knowledge of the Dallas office market. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Chris joined Transwestern in 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Vice President for Colliers International, where he assisted in the leasing of more than two million square feet of medical and office properties in Dallas. Chris is known for his proactive approach to client service and strong attention to detail. Chris has negotiated leases with some of the leading companies in Dallas, including Amazon, Bank of America, Raymond James and Health Texas Provider Network.
