Chris is a Senior Vice President in charge of the land team at DuWest. He has a focus on raw land sites primed for residential & commercial development in North Texas. Before joining DuWest, Chris worked for Venture Land Group representing large national developers and landowners. Chris is involved in diverse land projects, spanning from large master-planned communities and multifamily housing to build-to-rent/townhome properties and mixed-use retail developments. Chris enjoys working with landowners through the various stages of raw land development and is committed to maximizing value for his clients. He has a strong understanding and expertise for land located in the ETJ (Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction). Chris is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Chris is originally from Chicago, IL, and enjoys playing hockey and spending time with family and friends on the lake.
