Christopher Griffith is a senior associate with one of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey’s leading industrial teams and works closely with Mindy Lissner. He represents both occupiers and investors in northern and central New Jersey. Mr. Griffith’s real estate experience with CBRE started in 2018 when he trained with its Industrial & Logistics and Valuation & Advisory teams. During his time with industrial brokerage, some of Mr. Griffith’s responsibilities included: tracking prospects—including local and regional activity, conducting extensive industry and property research for business development pursuits, and performing market surveys, lease reviews and summaries and financial analyses. He applied his background as an analyst to his position in Valuation & Advisory by writing weekly currency trend analyses, financial modeling for income-producing properties—including ARGUS, as well as preparing appraisal reports.
