His background in finance and real estate have given him the skill set required to excel in lease analysis, space acquisitions and dispositions, and cost mitigation. Before joining Cresa, he was first an intern with Cresa’s Baltimore, Maryland, office where he focused on advising occupiers of technology and engineering firms. Prior to this, he completed an internship with TLG Real Estate Services, a full-service firm in Tallahassee, Florida, where he focused on financial analysis of the multi-family real estate market.
