Christopher J. Corr is a shareholder and EVP of Kidder Mathews. Chris joined Kidder Mathews in 1986 as a property manager, managing over two million square feet of real estate. In his next two years, he assisted Jerome E. Mathews, Chairman, in the development and leasing of real estate throughout the region. Chris’ focus as a broker over the past 30+ years has been sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in South King County. As a consistent top 10 producer, Chris has completed over several thousand transactions in his 35+ year career.
In the year 2000, Chris was nominated as a finalist for the Washington Chapter Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Broker of the Year, then was nominated again and won the award in 2001. He is frequently quoted in and writes for the Puget Sound Business Journal and Daily Journal of Commerce. On several occasions Chris has spoken on real estate trends at the NAIOP Forecast Breakfast.
