Chris Chadbourne, Senior Director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in May 2015. Mr. Chadbourne is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raised for multifamily assets, with a focus on Central and Southwest Florida.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, Mr. Chadbourne served as a vice president of Benchmark Real Estate Advisors, as well as an associate of both Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and Lincoln Property Company. In these capacities, Mr. Chadbourne was directly involved in the marketing, underwriting, due diligence and market assessment of real estate assets for investment sales, equity origination, recapitalization and advisory assignments.
Mr. Chadbourne holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
