Chris M. Caison, CCIM, is a managing director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Charlotte office. A 15-year industry veteran, Mr. Caison is primarily responsible for sourcing debt and equity transactions for commercial and multifamily assets. His range of active capital relationships include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, a wide variety of insurance companies and a stable of CMBS and private label lending enterprises.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Caison was a vice president in the Charlotte headquarters of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he completed more than $2 billion in debt and equity assignments on a wide array of assets, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and self storage. Mr. Caison was consistently recognized as a “Top Performer” within the organization.
