About
Chloe graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2019 and was hired at JLL just a couple months later. Chloe began her career as an Analyst and quickly transitioned to an Associate joining Jim Lindvall’s brokerage team. She found her niche in Agency Leasing and assists Jim in representing instututional landlords across the LA North submarket including Douglas Emmett, BentallGreenOak, Beacon Capital Partners, Atlas Capital Group, LLC and more. While in this role, Chloe has become the main point of contact on several listings and takes pride in her responsiveness, attention to detail, quality of work and communication with her clients. In addition, Chloe acts as a conduit of information between her team and the brokerage community, including existing and propsective clients. In 2026, Chloe was promoted to Vice President and is excited to continue growing in the industry. Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Chloe interned for JLL in the LA North Burbank office in Summer of 2018. After winning first place in the 2018 Summer Internship Presentation Competition, Chloe was hired by JLL and currently works in the Burbank office.
