Chase Johnson joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director September 2022. Johnson is based out of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio office and focuses on Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) solutions for clients and his leadership is a key component for Cushman & Wakefield’s expansion of this service line. He has extensive experience successfully financing multifamily communities, industrial facilities, grocery-anchored, neighborhood strip retail, self-storage, office, and manufactured housing communities. Johnson was formerly a Senior Vice President with Northmarq’s debt & equity team, where he led the Austin office in loan production for 2021. Over the past 10 years, Johnson has facilitated over 100 financing transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume through his strong relationships with agencies, life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions.
