By leveraging his deep relationships with national, regional, and local funding sources including agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS, bridge, and JV equity relationships, Mr. Calderon takes a customized approach to maximize return on investment. Always operating with integrity in his pursuit of excellence, Mr. Calderon is relentless in his approach to providing best-in-class service to his new and existing clients. In his previous roles, Mr. Calderon was a Senior Director with Continental Partners in West Hollywood and a producer with Marcus & Millichap Encino.
