Worked for Newark Knight Frank for 1 year as a Leasing Director for ground up mixed-use development and redevelopments.
Worked for Simon Property Group and WPG for 5 years and was a leasing representative, and then became a General Manager for 2 regional enclosed malls in Richmond, Virginia and Memphis, Tennessee. He managed Virginia Center Commons Mall/785,000 SF, Martinsville Plaza 65,000 SF, Oak Court Mall 780,000 SF, and Oak Court Office building/126,000 SF.
