After receiving his retail shopping mall management pedigree from The MaceRich Company, Charles relocated to Las Vegas in 1995 and since then has helped facilitate more than $4 billion of commercial property transactions within the state. This represents roughly 12M SF of retail, office, medical office and industrial properties with a wide range of asset classes and values.
