Chandler Vanderbeek joined Bussel Realty Corp. as Vice President of the retail division in September of 2021. Chandler has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over four years as a retail specialist, serving both Landlords and Tenants throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. Prior to joining Bussel Realty Corp. Chandler worked at Jeffery Realty, Inc. as a retail broker where he focused his efforts on both Landlord and Tenant representation. Having represented both property owners and tenants, Chandler provides his clients with a unique understanding of deal structure from both sides of the spectrum. Some of the clients Chandler has worked with include Sherwin-Williams, F45-Training, Supercuts, AT&T, City MD Urgent Care, Ivy Rehab, and Larken & Associates. At Bussel Realty Corp. Chandler will be responsible for all operations of the retail division alongside his twin brother, Connor.
