About
Chandler Sims is a First Vice President with the Dallas Multifamily team. Since joining CBRE in 2015, he has participated in more than 350 transactions for sales exceeding $12 billion. His primary focus is business development and formulating acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction execution and sales negotiation. Mr. Sims works in partnership with Danny Baker to lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors, and REITs.
Mr. Sims joined the CBRE Dallas Multifamily team as a Financial Analyst, underwriting multifamily assets within the DFW Metroplex. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mr. Sims entered the commercial real estate industry after serving 12 years on active duty as a helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps.
