Chad is a Senior Associate in our Austin Office. Chad specializes in leasing retail properties for tenants and landlords, and works closely with Kevin Murphy, Senior Vice President, on Partners Real Estate’s retail team. Chad creates and executes strategies to achieve the best real estate outcomes for his clients, focusing on helping acquire space to accommodate growth, maximize their portfolio through leasing, business site selection, upgrade rent rolls, negotiate favorable economics and terms, and right size / shedding excess space. Prior to joining Partners, Chad worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he served as an associate broker. There, he was head of their central Texas leasing and tenant representation initiatives and closed more than $500,000 in leasing tenant rep and investment sale commissions.
